Chris Hughton has shared a list of the gallant men to represent Ghana as the Black Stars lock horns with their Angolan counterparts in an AFCON qualifier.
After playing Palancras Negras on March 23 at Baba Yara Sports Stadium, the Black Stars will journey to Luanda on March 27 for the rematch. Hughton appears to have stuck by the vast majority of the players who competed for Ghana at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
Additionally, Joseph Paintsil and Joseph Wollacott have rejoined the group after the latter’s injury prevented him from competing in the Qatari world championship.

In welcoming news, Baba Rahman who was Ghana’s weakest link at the World Cup has been dropped, albeit an emerging report reveals that he is not feeling well.
In June 2022, Ghana defeated Madagascar 3-0 and drew with the Central African Republic 1-1. Hughton wants to build on these positive results and take his team to the Africa Cup of Nations victory.
