John Dumelo has slammed his friend cum political rival Fred Nuamah for publicly saying he sought his approval before picking nomination forms to contest the NDC primaries for the Ayawaso West Wuogon seat.
In a previous sequel to this report as shared by www.Ghbase.com, Fred claimed he actually informed John Dumelo of his intentions to run for the Ayawaso West Wuogon position.
He continued by saying that he had given him the go-ahead and the blessing to run for the constituency on the NDC ticket. He furthered that the celebrated actor had outlined to him why he wanted to run for the vacant SALL seat in the Oti Region rather than Ayawaso West Wuogon which informed his decision.

However, he was surprised when, all of a sudden, John Dumelo made a U-turn to announce that he would be vying for the Ayawaso West seat once again.
“Truthfully, I am surprised about his U-turn because it was evident and crystal clear that he was not going for the Ayawaso seat anymore and rather invested in Guan/SALL. Frankly, it’s late to step down…He gave me his blessings when I made up my mind to contest.”
“I would have rather expected him to honour his word when he said he won’t contest the seat and, therefore, throw his support behind me,” Nuamah had said.
John Dumelo however responded to what Fred Nuamah said in the recent edition of United Shobiz by saying he lied about everything.
Dumelo claims that Fred is no longer his friend because their 20-year friendship has come to an end after stabbing him in the back with his proclamations and the turn of events.

He also intimated there’s no way he (Fred) can win the NDC primaries let alone defeat NPP’s Lydia Seyram Alhassan
