People are trying so hard to figure out cunning ways to sponsor their education without the aid of biological parents as getting government educational funding or grants is very difficult in Africa.
Unfortunately, one woman’s plan to pay for her tertiary education backfired and had fatal consequences.
Back to the subject matter, a man from Ndola (Malawi) has been detained by police after being accused of stabbing his girlfriend 19 times when she tried to end their relationship.
The 41-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of fatally stabbing his 24-year-old girlfriend after she decided to end their relationship for a romantic one after he had paid for her university education in full.

According to a police report, Justin Musonda told his girlfriend that she was leaving him and that he only wanted to spend one last night with her before she left before stabbing her 19 times at a lodge around 4:00 AM.

Justin told the police that he had been paying for his girlfriend’s post-secondary education with the intention of getting married to her after she graduated.
But after finishing her studies, she informed him that she was no longer interested in getting married to him and that she was now looking for a more educated partner.
After that, Justin persuaded her to meet him at a lodge, where he then made the decision to kill her by stabbing her multiple times.
