Tems has hit Twitter to share what looks like a response to the plethora of criticisms hurled at her over her outfit at the 96th Oscars.
The 95th Academy Awards was a ceremony held by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) on March 12, 2023, at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. It honoured films released in 2022.
The glamorous outfit that the Nigerian artist wore to the event did not excite all internet users, as evidenced by the unfavourable comments they posted on social media. The following are some of the unflattering comments posted online:

Suggesting_netflix_movies said: “Her designer definitely didn’t think of the view blocking… Innocent mistake…people take things so serious these days with all these ones calling her *rude up and down like what she did was intentional.”
Sucressecret said: “People can hail her and say “she no send una papa” but it’s wrong. They might not have thought about it thoroughly before making it for her but now that people are pointing out how her outfit affected those behind her, she should have at least shown a little remorse or just keep quiet instead that salty response.”
